Our new sponsor - Amy Eastwood

Here's a brief introduction to our official blogger and new sponsor...
My name is Amy Eastwood & I am 24 years old. I've been riding since I was 5 years old & first found a love for dressage when I was 17 & bought woody. Woody is an 18hh Gelderlander X & was imported from holland when he was 4 years old. I came across him when he was 6 & we began our journey together (best day of my life). Woody is gentlest giant, who if you meet, you are guaranteed to fall in love with. The easy going, gentle nature, both on the ground & on board, mixed with his willingness to please has made for an incredible journey so far. Woody tries his heart out for me every day & I couldn't ask for a better best friend. For the past 7 years I have trained woody through the levels from prelim to advanced medium. We have many great achievements along the way including being selected numerous times to ride for the south at the inter regionals & home internationals. In 2013, we were inter regional medium champions, the following year we went back & finished 2nd individually but I captained my team to winning the cup. We have also finished 7th & 10th individually at two different home internationals. Our main aim to compete at PSG by the end of the year. I also own marmite, a rising 2 year old that I bought when he was 7 months old. I named him marmite because of his interesting markings, the judges will either love him or hate him. Marmite is British warmblood, with fantastic show jumping lines, who I am hoping will take over from woody in the future. The first delivery from imperial colt clothing arrived today. I am so impressed with how comfortable the items are & how well they fit. I first came across the equestrian clothing brand on Instagram. I absolutely loved the idea of riding clothes that could both be worn at the yard, but at the same time I could easily go to the shops & they pass as regular clothing. I feel that the modern designs help achieve a look that are both stylish but practical when riding.
